Nearly three decades ago, El Toro Bravo started as a single dream shared by Mexican immigrants determined to build a better future in the United States. Today, that dream has evolved into a proud, family-owned restaurant group with more than 15 locations across the Midwest, built entirely on hard work and generational values.
In 2023, we took a bold step forward by transforming our beloved Tex-Mex roots into El Toro Prime—a sophisticated culinary destination. El Toro Prime blends the authentic, rich flavors of our heritage with premium ingredients, contemporary dishes, artisan cocktails, and an upscale dining atmosphere.
